Peter Esders is a partner in The International Law Partnership LLP, Solicitors &
International Lawyers.

Peter Esders is a Partner in The International Law Partnership - perhaps the industry’s
most high profile specialists in international property law.
He joined The International Law Partnership LLP as a Trainee and became a Partner
shortly after qualification. On 1st September 2006 the firm changed its name to
The International Law Partnership LLP, which more accurately explains the work that
it does.
The International Law Partnership is able to offer legal and property investment
advice in 34 of the world’s property hot spots. He lives in Buckinghamshire and
works in Covent Garden, London but deals with clients from all over the
world.
He has been dealing with international work since 1994 and is well known
for providing entertaining and informative seminars about all aspects of buying
property and living overseas. Last year he presented seminars in throughout the UK.
He is also the author of the guide to Setting up a Small Business in Spain.
He has also written numerous articles and guides to international law and practice,
both for the general public and the professional press, and he appears regularly at seminars
and conferences, on TV and on the radio as an 'expert' on these topics. He was a
legal expert on the TV series “Retire Abroad” on Overseas Property TV (Sky channel
287) and presented Buying Abroad seminars on Real Estate TV (Sky Channels 279 &
280). These cover a wide range of subjects related to international property. The
