Our Promise
- You will not pay any more for a property bought via
The Worldwide Property Centre than you will for the same property bought directly
from our member overseas.
- All of our members are members of AIPP - The Association
of International Property Professionals and will abide by its code of conduct.
- Any member who, in the opinion of the board, commits a serious breach of the Code
of Conduct will be expelled from the Worldwide Property Centre.
- In the event of any dispute arising between our members and the buyer or potential
buyer of any property that dispute will (if the buyer or potential buyer wishes)
be referred to binding arbitration by an independent aribtrator. This is a
lot faster and cheaper than going to court.
