Our Owners
The Worldwide Property Centre is owned by the partners in the International Law
Partnership LLP and by Martin Roberts, managing director of PropertyQC Ltd and property
correspondent for the BBC.
The International Law Partnership is probably the countries leading law firm specialising
in international property transactions. It has over 20 years experience in
this field and it's senior partner, John Howell, is widely recognised as the legal
guru of the overseas property industry and a true expert in the field of international
property. He appears regularly on radio and TV and has written many books
and articles on the subject.
Whilst The Worldwide Property Centre is not a law firm - and so not regulated by
the Solciitors Regulation Authority - the values of integrity and professionalism
that are second nature to solicitors are brought into The Worldwide Property Centre.
PropertyQC is a highly specialised and respected company providing truly independent
advice to investors looking to buy property overseas. Martin Roberts established
PropertyQC and he, too, is recognised as an expert in this field. Martin is
also the presenter of the BBC's leading property show - 'Homes Under The Hammer'
and the BBC's property correspondent.
